Mental Health Center: Integrated Health & Wellness Services, LLC

Integrated Health and Wellness Services focuses on providing services to individuals and families struggling with mental illness including substance use. We provide services to children, adolescents and adults. We have providers with experience in a wide variety of mental health conditions and utilizes different counseling methods to meet each individual need. Our goal at Integrated Health and Wellness Services is to provide the highest standard of individualized care to each of our patients. Our providers that include board certified psychiatrists, and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners manage medications including substance use treatment with Suboxone. Our counselors address mental health issues with individuals and families.
